How Demanji Works
A marketplace connecting venue owners with content creators for social media collaborations.
Demanji is a two-sided marketplace that connects venues — restaurants, cafés, bars, gyms, salons, shops, galleries, hotels, and more — with content creators for social media collaborations. Venues get authentic content for their Instagram, TikTok, or YouTube. Creators get free experiences, paid gigs, or both.
Who is Demanji for?
Venue owners — businesses that want authentic social media content but don't have the time, budget, or in-house team to produce it. You post what you can offer (a free meal, a paid gig, a one-night stay) and creators come to you.
Content creators — Instagrammers, TikTokers, YouTubers, and bloggers who want to collaborate with local venues. You browse a map of available collaborations, pick what fits your niche and follower count, and message the venue directly.
How a collaboration happens
A venue posts an ad. The venue describes what they offer — a free dinner for two, a €75 flat fee for a reel, a one-night hotel stay — and sets the minimum follower count and preferred platform.
Creators browse the map. The Explore page shows all venues with active collaborations on an interactive map. Creators filter by category, compensation type, and follower requirements.
A creator messages the venue. Conversations happen inside Demanji — no DMs lost in Instagram requests, no email threads to track. The chat is the application.
They agree on the details. Both sides confirm the date, deliverables, and compensation in the conversation. The collab status moves from chatting to agreed.
Content is created and delivered. The creator visits the venue, shoots the content, and delivers it. The collab status moves to content created and then completed.
Both sides leave a review. After the collaboration is completed, both the venue and the creator leave a review. Reviews are visible on each other's public profiles and help build trust on the platform.
Compensation: barter or paid
Every collaboration on Demanji is either barter (a free experience — a meal, a stay, a service) or paid (a flat fee in euros). Venues choose what works for them. Creators filter by what they want.
Barter is a first-class option, not a downgrade. A free dinner for two at a great restaurant is real value — and for many emerging creators, it's the best way to build a portfolio.
The rating system
Trust is the foundation of Demanji. After every completed collaboration, both the venue and the creator leave a review with an overall rating (1–5 stars) and category ratings (communication, experience, professionalism for venues; communication, content quality, punctuality for creators).
Ratings are visible on public profiles:
- Venue profiles show their average rating, total review count, and individual reviews from creators they've worked with.
- Creator profiles show their average rating, total review count, and individual reviews from venues they've collaborated with.
Reviews are only visible once both sides have submitted theirs — so neither side is influenced by the other's rating. This keeps the system honest.
A high rating means a venue or creator has a track record of delivering on their promises. A low rating is a signal to proceed with caution. Over time, the rating system helps the best venues and creators rise to the top.

- I'm a creator — sign up, complete your profile, browse the Explore map, and message any venue with an active collaboration.
